|Recommended: YesProperty and Apartment are Great, Noise not so much — Over we have loved our apartment. The floorplan is one of the nicest I've seen and the overall feel and livability is great The grounds are great with the exception of a lot of dog poop Although this is 100 on the dog owners and not the apartment staff . The only draw back has been the noise. The floors are walls feel paper thin to the point where I can hear my neighbors snoring every night from downstairs and pretty much every conversation from next door and downstairs. Also a weird construction thing, I'm on the third floor and whenever anyone comes up the first floor stairs, our entire guest and master bedrooms shake like an earthquake which isn't great.

|Recommended: NoProperty overrated and pricy for the quality actually provided — It's fine for the time and provides the basics, they definitely rushed into building that the quality was not great. Gates are usually blocked due to non residents trying to deliver. Some pet owners do not pick up after themselves, if you are on the 1st floor get used to dog droppings around your patio. Maintenance team is great office staff is quick to respond. Again, it's apt living so it's fine to just have a place.

|Recommended: YesOverall a great property and excellent staff — Acero apartments are by far some of the nicest apartments in the west Salem area. I moved here February of 2020 and have had a pleasant time here. Overall the grounds are maintained and the units are well built. They pay close attention to detail providing a great experience. Neighbors can be loud at times but it’s an apartment complex so you can’t expect much different. The amenities are nice too even though I haven’t been able to utilize them often due to Covid restrictions. I highly suggest Acero apartments to anyone looking for a new home.

|Recommended: NoHigh Noise from all other tenants high heating cost — I would say No, save your money and go somewhere else. seems there is poor isolation causing higher than anticipated heating bill. I can here the neighbors snoring, on bed wall, above can hear all 2 upper stories shower dishwasher, and toilet habits. as well as whimpering dogs. and every step that whoever is above us can make, As well as the fact that I am paying a higher rate to use facilities that are not available Gym, and commons , with no compensation, due to the Co-vid Other than it is new and it looks nice, Over all I am not happy.

It's true, you are sharing common walls, ceilings and floors with other families, and when in a living situation such as that, sound can travel easily, especially when others are not being as mindful or courteous as they sometimes could be. We find that often getting to know and establishing a positive relationship with your surrounding neighbors can help the situation. If there is anything in particular that may need to be resolved, we are happy to reach out about specific issues and see how they can be resolved. Often times people aren't accustomed to this type of shared living, and just aren't really aware of their impact on those around them.
