|Recommended: YesIt’s great, but there are some key things that could be improved — Everyone here is really kind and respectful, and the staff are always REALLY helpful. Some things that could be improved the dog park should have a bowl or bucket under the water spout because not all dogs can drink from the running water. Also the dog park could use some lights, especially during the winter because it’s so dark by 5 30 that you can’t see your pup running around. Also the pipes in the walls are so loud when anyone upstairs flushes or is using the washer. I’m general I can hear pretty much everything my upstairs neighbors do.

Also, it feels very safe and well kept. It has been a wonderful experience so far and we have no remorse on choosing this apartment and would recommend it to any friends or family.

|Recommended: YesWe love the Acero Apartments We very much like the gated aspect of the property. The office staff along with the maintenance staff are awesome They are very responsive to any concerns. Our neighbors had an unsightly, messy entryway which we share. Once we communicated our frustration to the office staff - they spoke to the neighboring residents to clean up their entryway, then had maintenance staff pressure wash the concrete platform outside our doors Very impressed. I must agree with others that there are too many irresponsible dog owners here that don’t clean up after their pets.

|Recommended: YesWonderful — Location is amazing, peaceful surroundings, beautiful view, staff is responsive and supportive, maintenance is thorough, knowledgeable, and informative, parking great, amenities are like no other, and the gym is fully equipped however I prefer the sedentary lifestyle so opinions may differ , and great schools near by.

|Recommended: YesI love it — I love living here. It’s cozy, well maintained, the staff is amazing and the neighbors are friendly. Guest parking is always available and though it may not be right in front of where you need to go, the distance isn’t far. We love the convenience of the daily garbage service.
