|Recommended: YesIf you have to live in Salem — If you have to live in Salem, Acero is where you want to be. Salem isn't what we had hoped it would be but we loved our apartment. We planned to live here for a year and stayed for 2. The apartment was spacious and updated. We even had a great view from our dining area
Maintenance was quick to respond to the very few things we have needed over the past 2 years. The office staff is always happy to answer questions. Very few children live here, which we loved. Lots of dog neighbors, and most are quiet. Some of their humans need to be better at picking up after them. We have a dog, and picking up after him isn't difficult. People just need to do better.
The valet trash service is a nice bonus but it does cause some mess at the front doors. I wish they did annual power washing of the steps porches to keep the area cleaner.
Overall it was a great experience. If for some reason we moved back to the area I'd consider living here again.

It is quiet. The grounds are kept clean and well-maintained. The office staff are very friendly, helpful, and responsive.
The two times I've requested maintenance, the issue was handled very quickly, and done correctly the first time. Actually, amazingly fast. It was completely unexpected.
Having the park next door is great Glenn Creek Park is a great place for walking, tennis, pickleball, and just relaxing. There is also a huge off-leash area and a playground for the kids.
The monthly events here are nice and make it feel a bit more like a community.
I'm looking forward to continuing my life here.

|Recommended: YesAcero West — Awesome place to live. Staff and management are great, make you feel at home. Love how they do special things of National days or holidays. The Strawberry Rhubarb pie was AMAZING on Pi Day. Beignets and King Cake. They really go all out for their residents. Neighbors are friendly.

|Recommended: YesAcero West — I have enjoyed living here so far. The only issue is people don't pick up their dog poop and the entire facility is starting to smell foul. Residents who do not pick up after their dog should be fined.

|Recommended: YesSuperior staff — Everything and everyone who works here is great. Highly recommended. Management staff is superior Brook and Emily get triple gold stars from me. Maintenence is friendly, timely, professional and extra helpful. Only downfall to this property is the gym and pool are too small and the landscapers are very noisy.

The community of people who live at Acero are so friendly. I made some life-long friends during my time at Acero West.

|Recommended: YesLived here for 3 years. Great place and fantastic staff Maintenance team. I had to leave for work but If I ever get back to town, this is the place I will live. Quiet neighborhood and there is a Grocery store and a major fast food chain in less than 10 min drive.
