|Recommended: YesMy husband and I lived at Acero West Salem for approximately 1 3 4 years while looking to buy a house. We have a cat who remained indoors. There are many dog owners - I believe it is because few apartment complexes allow pets. We notice that not all dog owners are responsible and considerate to other renters in the complex. Dog feces is sometimes not picked up on lawns and even sidewalks in common areas, though it is the exception, still frustrating. Management does provide bags and disposal receptacles in many areas around the complex for dog feces disposal. The communication is very good to the residents. The maintenance staff and office staff are all very responsive to repairs and or issues that arise. We would live there again if need be. We like the proximity to stores and businesses and parks, schools. We are very thankful for the gated entry and one covered parking place per apartment, it provides shelter in the rain and shade in the warm summer months.
We appreciate the accolades! I agree, it is a difficult task trying to get all of our residents to clean up their pet waste and we do our absolute best to keep the waste stations stocked so it is easier for them. Our entire staff works together to provide outstanding customer service and are happy you enjoyed your time at Acero. We wish you the best on your next adventure!

Rudy and the maintenance team respond quickly to maintenance requests after they are sent in the resident portal. The overall quality of living at Acero West Salem is excellent and I appreciate everything the community has to offer I understand that living with others in the same building will result in noise being heard through the walls or doors, but this has been minimal ever since I moved in. The events that the community holds are good and allows you the opportunity to meet your neighbors. Trash is picked up from your front door and a good level of security is in place with the gates and nightly patrols. The property is well maintained. I highly recommend Acero West Salem

The staff have gone out of their way to be friendly, welcoming, and helpful during this transition Always quickly responsive to questions. Genuinely seem to care about me. Sound does travel easily through the living room floors and entry doors tend to slam, which will startle you due to bldg design, but overall good living experience. Introducing yourself to neighbors early on can make communicating any noise concerns easier, if you have them. Everything else you can find out on website.

|Recommended: YesAcero — It has been a great place to live in so far. The property staff are very helpful, the maintenance staff has been doing there best and getting what needs to be fix in your apartment, even though it's low urgency. The community's cleanliness is great for the most part, just some tenants do not pick up after their animal's mess. However, the property staff are good are sending out reminders to those who need to pick up after their animals. The only problem I have is living on the first floor and having loud neighbors above you making a lot of noises, even in the middle of the night and hearing their animal s running around crazy.

The office staff is friendly, professional and the maintainence crew is incredibly polite and efficient. The residents are neighborly without the feel of being intrusive or nosy. We love our stay thus far.

The staff are professional and helpful, the grounds and facilities are well maintained, the units are spacious and well constructed. Overall for the price its a great deal.
