|Recommended: YesGreat for Apartment living — My biggest reason for not giving a perfect 5 star review is that the apartments are incredibly loud. The plumbing is especially shocking. You can hear every flush, every shower, you can hear people going to the bathroom above you, the way the washers above us drain is ridiculously loud. So loud you have to turn the volume up on your TV.
You can hear all the barking, every step above you, and the base from peoples music and media. The people above us our perfectly reasonable in their lifestyle and it’s not their fault at all. It’s just the way the buildings were made.
They do have amazing maintenance staff who are very quick and kind. Property staff were wonderful on move in day.
The complex is incredibly clean and very well maintained. You can tell they really care. They have a wonderful communication and notification system through the App. The package and trash systems are awesome
This place is better than most. But for almost 2,000 the sound levels are absurd. That’s the one thing that I have been let down on.

|Recommended: YesLove it — Overall it’s amazing living here. The only thing that we don’t like is the apartment above us. They are extremely loud during the day and night and we tried contacting the office, but haven’t heard anything back from them.

The management staff, maintenance, and landscape crew do a great job and provide personal service I appreciate the open concept floor plan and I love the high ceilings. The actual living quarters has exceeded my expectations for an apartment in Salem, OR. I would and have referred friends to live here. Thank you Acero

Only downside is sometimes if there is a dog upstairs beside your apartment - you can hear the barking and scratching of the floors most of the time. But overall, property is very clean and parking is great when you have your own stall
