|Recommended: NoI was gonna leave I can’t because the only good thing about this apartment complex was the maintenance crew and the property manager well as long as you were was a resident they phone call I had to call private to get someone to answer my call even when I lived there I never can get anyone on the call and then I will walk into the leasing office they’re sitting in their office I moved out order some items accidentally didn’t change my address. I talk to the property manager and she made it clear that. Oh yeah this happens we can help you with that. We can help you get your packages out of the mailbox. One package on the after the first package. They were too busy to help get my packages out of the mailbox after the first one and I communicated with them that it was more than one they made me feel like I was an inconvenience. . My apartment is spacious and well designed, and the community layout allows for good green space, ample parking and a sense of safety. I also appreciate being a residential area with lots of trees and not much traffic or noise.

It isn't far to reach several convenient stores and businesses, and downtown, along with other main attractions, are just a short drive away. The apartments themselves are nice -- my dogs love having the porch, and the one-bedroom apartment is sufficient space for me and my two dogs. The grounds are pretty. Pool and the gym are a huge bonus The neighbors are all super nice.
The team was very courteous with me as I prepared this move from across the country to live in Oregon. I'm so glad I lucked out with Acero West Salem, even though I was going into the area blind. It's been easy to make this place home.

|Recommended: YesFrom home to apartment — Almost 8 months living here now and having to step from a home to this was a challenge but the complex is very well run, units are very very nice and large and priced at what seems like average market pricing and have many nice amenities. Contracts were easy with no out of line deposits and our beloved 8 year old Welsh corgi dog is doing well with the change too. Inside the gated community are also two fenced dog parks. The only reason I gave 4 to cleanliness is that people are still people and management like anywhere can't control what a small percent of the residents do about picking up after themselves and their pets. Some of us pet owners do a lot to help tho We are planning to renew for sure.

|Recommended: YesWelcome Home — If you are looking to rent, then you have found a home in the gated apartment community of AceroWest. Overall it is a wonderful place to live. The leasing office staff and maintenance staff are wonderful. My family and I enjoy the amenities provided- pool, gym, dog park, and the visiting family suite option. There was a local park not that far away that we would go to as well. The surrounding area is nice - close to highway and shopping centers. There was never any issue finding parking on the property. The landscaping was given great care - I loved all the black-eyed susans The leasing staff apartment complex had great communication about any news, events and or concerns regarding the property. Highly recommend living here.
