|Recommended: YesGreat community, amenities, and staff — Acero has a top notch staff that surpasses all previous landlords I have had. They go the extra mile to ensure you are taken care of and make you feel a part of the community. The few maintenance requests we have had were handled exceptionally quickly and professionally. The community room, fitness center, pool, and hot tub are great and we thoroughly enjoyed using them. The one downside we observed was the noise from the units around us. With that said, it seems to be no more so than other apartments we have lived. Despite this the positives far outweighed this downside. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our time at Acero.

|Recommended: YesHappy to be Home — Safe environment, cozy quarters, and friendly staff and neighbors. Love that parking is right outside my unit. Trash and recycling pick up by front door is super convenient. At the end of a long work day, I'm always happy to be home

|Recommended: YesThis place is amazing and wonderful. I love it. — Its like a dream living here. The amenities are amazing, the staff are friendly. The gym is perfect and the hot tub is amazing during the winter. The complex is clean, and I was pleasantly surprised how friendly the staff are with kids. Very kid friendly and understanding. Overall this place is wonderful and i feel very fortunate to live here.

|Recommended: YesLiving at ACERO — For a new complex overall it is wonderful Gina in the office is the BEST. The maintenance team is responsive and friendly and the way they text and e-mail is helpful. The noise between apartments is an issue though, door slamming is a problem. I suppose in the warmer weather the grounds and landscaping will improve. I enjoy that the club house is welcoming and can't wait to use the pool Covered parking is a plus also Overall I like the complex.

The online portal makes rent and other bills easy to manage. The apartments are beautiful. The location is super nice.
