|Recommended: YesWonderful experience — We had our eye on this place since August. When we went to take a tour, we fell in love with the unit they showed us. We weren’t moving until the end of October, and they held the unit for us.
Michela and Gina have been attentive to our needs while moving in and it’s been a pleasure working with them. The staff here are extremely friendly and are always happy to see the residents. Brian, the maintenance man, is pleasant and knowledgeable. They’re quick to get things taken care of, and you can even leave maintenance requests online.
I’ve noticed just a small amount of my upstairs neighbors talking, but never loud enough to make out what they’re saying. Overall, it’s been a lovely experience living here so far, and we look forward to being here for a long while.

|Recommended: YesVery nice property but needs more sound insulation — I really like that it's gated and I appreciate the grounds, but the cabinet finishes are cheap laminate, and the noise from neighbors is sometimes unbearable, the gym needs to be open LONGER hours. The office staff are amazing

If you ever have noise disturbances during the day outside the expected noise level, please give us a call in the office and we will be happy to make courtesy contact with your neighbor. If any noise disturbances happen during quiet hours from 10pm-7am, please call Signal 88 at (971) 600-5800, and they can arrive and address the situation directly.
Please feel free to use the fitness center 24 hours a day - the ground floor of the clubhouse is always accessible to you when using your key fob on the side entrance of the building or the exterior fitness center door back near the pool gate. |Recommended: YesSo far everything is going well and we like it. — Staff is super nice and addresses any needs appropriately. If you like dogs then this is a great place to rent and everyone seems to keep up after their animals. All new so moving in and not having someone else's previous issues is great.
It's true, our staff absolutely loves our furry four-legged residents and are always happy to give some scratches and biscuits! An on-site dog park will be coming at the end of the year, too!

I was cautiously optimistic moving here after living in a house for so long, but it has exceeded my expectations It is so quiet with great amenities and such friendly people The staff has been nothing but helpful and kind, and very welcoming It is one of the quietest places I have ever lived and everyone seems to be very respectful of one another. I love coming home each day and am so glad I went with my intuition and decided to move here

|Recommended: YesBest apartments in Salem. — I absolutely love living here. The office staff is genuinely very friendly, not just when you are signing your lease like some, but the whole time we have lived here. Every guest I have had over has mentioned that the staff are very friendly.
The maintenance man is also very friendly and is always really quick at fixing anything we need. He is also willing to answer all questions we have and guests have also mentioned that he’s friendly and says hi to them. Even though that may seem like something simple or not a big deal, having friendly staff like that makes a huge difference because it makes us all feel welcome and comfortable. I have had guests mention that they would like to move in here when their lease is up because of the friendliness of the staff.
The garbage pick up system they have is absolutely amazing, just set it out in the bin by your front door and it is gone by the next morning.
They do a very good job at keeping the landscaping and other areas looking nice and clean.
The pool and workout room is very well kept as well.
The appliances and everything inside of the apartment is very high end and nice.
I also cannot hear ANY of our neighbors because of the high ceilings, which is great.
I really do not have one bad thing to say about living here, we absolutely LOVE it and I am so glad I finally found a place that we can call home and not wanting to move for a very long time. Thank you staff for making this an amazing place to live, keep up the great work

|Recommended: YesNew, cute, nice apartments with great amenities. — Living space is nice, pool and hot tub are never busy, gym space could use a stair stepper and a squat rack but other than that it is nice. Noise is easily heard though the apartment and from neighbors above and below. There's a lot of dust but construction is much quieter than other construction that I have lived by. Overall it has been a good experience.

|Recommended: YesAmazing Property — So far I absolutely love the apartment. It's been a pleasure staying here. I love the spacious units. Very modern. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Of course with the ongoing construction, the property has not been finished yet. It'll be exciting what the finished product will look like. Parking can be difficult if you have more than one vehicle per unit. Otherwise, everything else has been perfect.

|Recommended: YesStill under construction — The apartment itself is very nice. We have tall ceilings and lots of storage space. While the community is still under construction, the noise from this is actually not too bad. The only complaint so far is I can hear everything the upstairs neighbors do I'm not sure if they are just very loud or if the ceiling floor is thin. We can hear their dog running around and their conversations.... It can be quite disturbing at times. To be fair, it has improved since mentioning the noise to management. The other neighbors are all very quiet and pleasant in my experience. The grounds here are well maintained, and I have not used the pool or exercise room yet but they look pretty nice We have only been here a little more than a month, but I would say so far so good.
