My 5 year old son and I walk every day either to the Park located directly next door, or just through the neighborhood. The apartment its self has been fantastic. The staff here are always so kind and ready to answer any question i have had.

After moving in it has been great management and maintenance team are always ready to help. Apartments are brand new, pretty quiet overall and clean.
|Recommended: YesAwesome — From the first moment I entered the office I knew it was home. Gina was so very warm and friendly. Very professional and accommodating. I have been here for two months and love it Quiet, friendly neighbors. Beautiful apartment home. The staff is excellent and the community is well kept above average standards. The area here in West Salem is awesome. Lovely , safe neighborhood. I highly recommend.

|Recommended: YesExcellent Personal Service and great Community — Acero West is everything you come to expect from a premier rental complex. I would say the customer service is second to none. The front office staff along with the maintenance team is what makes Acero West stand out from the rest. It's like shopping for a car, many dealers with same model, but you always gravitate to a friendly smile and good service -- Acero staff is just that. I admit to posing a few challenges for Acero West staff, but they always come through. Great work team
|Recommended: YesLOVE LIVING HERE — I feel very safe since it is a gated community and all the residents are so nice. The property is well maintained and the staff in the office are super friendly, always happy to hear from you
|Recommended: NoNot worth the money — I wish it was better but it seems every morning there is some landscaping being done on grass cutting so there is no sleeping in. When you ask the office for help they are very nonchalant with you and don’t help you fix the problem. They just tell you to go back to your little corner and be quiet pretty much. For almost 1400 dollars for 1 person, it’s not worth all this trouble with no assistance.

|Recommended: YesNice Apartments — The apartments are really nice, and located in a great area, lots of great parking , the only thing is you can hear your neighbors above you way to much, and the dogs parking.

|Recommended: YesExcercise room — True, there are mandates to close certain non essential businesses in Oregon but that does not extend to places such as private facilities such as the exercise room in the club house. A room that at most entertained no more than 2 people at time. I think we have an obligation to take a risk based approach to things such as this and based on the risk there was no reason to shut it down. If people can make a decision to go to a crowded public grocery store they make a decision to go to the exercise facility. Again, a room that at most ever only entertained 2 people at most. I'm sure words such in the interest of safety and community safety is our top priority were bantered around and sound good but serve no practical purpose if they don't consider the actual risk involved. Same could be said for all the club house facilities. I made a recommendation to communicate this to the community but it was rejected.

We understand your frustration with not being able to use the facilities during this virus outbreak worldwide. We want our residents to be able to use our facilities just as much as you want to be able to, however we, and all other similar communities, must comply with all emergency orders imposed by state or local agencies. Amenities are subject to closure for maintenance and repair, renovation, or health and safety reasons at any time, and may not always be available. Thankfully OR is set to begin Phase 1 reopening, and we will shortly be announcing our guidelines of how all IDM communities will begin to reopen those closed amenity areas. |Recommended: YesI LOVE living here It's such a wonderful vibe here. I would like to compliment the staff the most. Renee as well as Gina and Mikayla, have been incredible. Every time I call down to ask a question, Even at 7pm on a Saturday night randomly They always answer with a wonderful greeting and are eager to help. The move in process has been incredible even amidst this Global Pandemic. The apartment its self, is incredible. The online photos and videos don't do it justice. You really must see ti appreciate. Big open floor plans and high quality fixtures. The carpet is very nice and comfortable and I especially enjoy the fireplace. The Deck is very large and the added storage is huge. I received my first package today and the use of the Package Concierge was amazing The neighborhood is truly special and The fact that Orchard Heights park is directly next door, gives me a lot of options for walking and playing with my young son. Genuinely a wonderful place to call home.

|Recommended: YesLove living at Acerowest — So glad I made the choice to live here at Acerowest. The management team is so professional, and friendly. Maintenance is quick to respond also, and friendly too. The grounds are always clean and the new landscaping beautiful.
The amenities are so awesome. The door trash recycle pick up, the concierge package pick up, and the gated community makes for safe and secure living.
I would highly recommend Acerowest to those who are looking for a really nice place to live.
