|Recommended: NoDishonest — They are not upfront about hidden costs that they are that you have to pay. I was offered two months rent for free yet. I’m paying for August when I should not be. The complex is very noisy and not friendly at all

|Recommended: NoPool Issues — The algae in the pool is disgusting. The hot tub was cold as tonight at 11 20 pm. The emergency switch was not pushed. The title of luxury apartment is completely false. I'm paying way too much for this apartment, its disgusting. On top of that there is dog poop all over the sidewalks and the dog run smells incredibly bad. I regret signing a lease here at this moment. Please fix the property and hold residents to a higher standard.

There’s so many places to hangout and so many things to do, and the people who clean do a great job keeping up with everything I recommend these apartments to everyone looking for a good community to be apart of

|Recommended: YesGreat so far — This is my first review I moved in on the 29th of April, 2024. So far haven't heard any noise from neighbors really, nothing I care about lol. Mostly city noise but that's fine its ambient noise and that's everywhere you go. Valet trash is easy, you get more days to throw stuff away. Staff is very nice and overall the apartment is nice, everything is new so that's a plus. Id recommend living here and I will make another review a year in to let you know if it's still a place I would recommend.

|Recommended: YesSafe and clean — This is a fantastic property. I’ve lived in 4 different complexes since moving to Arizona 10 years ago, and this is by far the safest I’ve ever felt in one. Excellent staff up front, beautiful units, and extremely clean literally everywhere

I can tell they enjoy what they do and are genuine when speaking to you. I moved in today and they made this transition smooth for me and my family special shout outs to Camryn, Daniela, and Monica

|Recommended: YesAmazing — The property is beautiful. It really feels like home. Staff is awesome. Only issue is maintenance. Since move in we have not had hot water. Today is day 4 without hot water. Maintenance has been out 3 times and nothing. They don't even stay to make sure it's working. And sadly it's not considered an emergency over the weekend. That's my only issue and I'm not happy.
