|Recommended: YesUpdate — I coming up on my first year at Harvest Station and feel it’s still a great place to live.The noise is from Gary Rd. Lots of traffic and will get worse when Safeway opens but the good side to take is the convenience of shopping across the street.

However, be advised that the train runs by at all times of the day and night and when I asked about it before signing, the property manager told me she's never heard it before . It literally shakes the whole building. Also the pool and the gate are almost always being worked on and they have significantly hiked up the rent since we've been here. Not sure it's worth the bang for the buck but again, the views and location are nice, the gym is great and when the pool is working, it's nice as well.

|Recommended: NoLack of urgency — In my experience the maintenance requests go unanswered. Response time is extremely slow. Washing machine has been in need of repair. Request was put in and to date no response. That's just one example. Need to do better. Dust storm left debris and clean up slow if at all. Need to do better

|Recommended: NoWould not recommend this place to anyone We signed a 3 month lease making it clear we wouldn't be there any longer. So only there 90 days but you have to give a 60 day notice you're leaving. Charged us an extra months rent and all kinds of cleaning fees etc. Internet didn't work, fridge and freezer had all kinds of loose gaskets. Dead bugs all over when we moved in. Would not recommend to anyone.

Had maintenance up to fix a few things.
Went well and fast.
Still having hot water problem. Hot water heater is close by so shouldn’t take long to get hot water in kitchen.
Also still waiting for washer to be delivered.
Love the quietness. Parking no problem.
View of the mountains. Noise from Gary road, but I knew that going in. So no problem.
Office staff is business only.

I even had some kind neighbors help me move in Niko is one of the most helpful receptionists i have come in contact with and on top of that hes one of the most kind people i have met

|Recommended: NoPay too much for so little — I moved here in April of 2024, it was practically brand new. However, I've learned that the cleanliness of the property itself is of low priority here. There's stains, trash, and built up dirt on the stair cases. Walking past our doggy pad is a nightmare because it smells so foul. Pool area is constantly dirty, and hanging banners on all sides of the outer apartments to promote this place looks trashy. I also put in a maintenance request almost a month ago for my washer that's been broken, and they cancelled it due to low stock washer parts, with no follow up. Cops are here at-least twice a month for domestic situations in the neighbors near by. I pay close to 1800 for a one bedroom, and pay too much for the lack of amenities and cleanliness offered.
