Can kinda hear people talk from the walls but not to bad .
The construction isn’t bad at all I have seen a couple nails left on the ground that was the only worry they are respectful and actually not loud at all.
The train isn’t an issue either Which my kids love it and the apartments are in a very convenient area for the grocery stores
