|Recommended: YesGreat contemporary apartment complex — It's a small complex with nice people living and working here. I appreciate it's somewhat quiet and small. My only concern is no one uses the dog park but uses the green space for their pets business. I cannot allow my granddaughter to play on the grass because it's not sanitary.

Thank you for your feedback! We are very happy that you are enjoying your stay at Acero North Valley. The dog parks and the grass onsite are both utilized by the pets onsite so there is always the possibility of seeing them in those areas, however, they are cleaned on a daily basis.

|Recommended: YesPerfect Place in North Phoenix — I relocated from New Jersey for a new job. This complex is perfect The modern amenities in the apartment is such added bonus. The staff is great. I love being able to sit by the fire pit at night or relax on my patio and see the hot air balloons.

|Recommended: YesOverall A great place to live — The staff is nice and professional and very prompt with any maintenance requests we put in. The communal areas are always clean and inviting. It's apartment living, so it's no surprise that I can hear my upstairs neighbors quite often-- I can't ever hear my neighbors that share my downstairs wall, nor my neighbors across the walkway. It's probably a reflection of how loud my upstairs neighbors are as opposed to a building design flaw. All the families we've met either at the community playground or at the events Acero puts on have been pleasant interactions. I would definitely recommend Acero North Valley Apartments to anyone.

|Recommended: YesNice Property, Staff super helpful — We needed a short term lease and Acero was able to meet our needs. The apartment was bright and clean. Our only complaint is that the neighbor upstairs set their alarm multiple times each morning and we could hear the alarm each time.

|Recommended: YesMy son decided this is where he wanted to live, he is a recent ASU grad, new to the No Phoenix area and wanted to live reasonably close to where he works. I was very impressed with the complex, it is quiet, peaceful and very well taken care of. I'm impressed with the office staff. Anjelica made his move in a breeze, she is knowledgeable, professional and attentive to new residents questions. Additionally the residents that we ran into while we were helping him move in, were friendly and welcoming. As a parent of a young man spreading his wings, and starting his professional career, I am so glad he chose Acero as his place to live.

Gym is sometimes hard to reserve due to one apartment allowed at a time from covid. even though the gym has plenty of space for 2 units to be in at the same time with masks on. Overall, it’s a great complex with very friendly staff

We do understand that during the pandemic it may be more difficult to utilize some amenities, such as the fitness center, but we are always monitoring for the safest way to continue to expand the amount of people utilizing an amenity at once. |Recommended: YesPros very nice staff, wonderful random events, nice grounds, neighbor noise outside peaceful - no balcony parties or parking lot living. outside of one vehicle with no muffler, another that insists on blasting his radio driving through the parking lot and only a few motorcycles so far. . Most neighbors are friendly.
Neg interior noise is awful. Combo of discourtesy poor construction with zero soundproofing, dry wall and plywood only separating floors.. With hard floors you hear every step, stomp, drop roll, especially with hard shoes especially late night. You can hear every neighbor toilet flush.. Neighbors slam their doors instead of just closing. Also facing the parking lot you get people who still insist on locking their doors with their car alarm remote... The traffic noise from the main road is disturbing, especially with the semi trucks that insist on parking in front of the complex for long periods. Parking spaces small. High electric bills inefficient.

|Recommended: YesEasily the best complex that I've had residence — I do tell them. I tell them that the staff has been phenomenal any time I have a question or concern. I tell them the layout is great and the noise level stays low unless it's out in the breezeway. That the amenities are wonderful as well. I haven't met a neighbor in the complex that was unpleasant. I'm aware that that last sentiment isn't something that can be helped by the staff here necessarily. It's just pleasant here.

|Recommended: YesGreat location, beautiful, well-maintained, welcoming, clean, safe — It's my first experience living in an apartment complex, and compared to stories I've heard about apartment living, Acero N V has far exceeded my expectations It's such a wonderful place to live for me and my family. Incredibly friendly and professional staff, paying rent is incredibly easy with the online portal, maintenance issues are quickly resolved and followed up with promptly, complex is always clean and maintained, next to no noise from neighbors or the general location, great amenities, parking isn't a nightmare, beautiful landscaping, incredibly close to a grocery store that's walking distance, very close to freeway but no disturbing freeway noise, can't say enough great things. Would highly recommend this complex to anyone wanting to rent an apartment in the Tramonto area
