|Recommended: YesVery satisfied with everything. Friendly, Flexible, Very Generous. — Staff is flexible and patient, has always been available. The gifts they offer are very generous and practical. Family friendly environment while at the same time maintaining an appeal to single people. Property is clean and well maintained. Maintenance is flexible and thorough. Two stars not given for the noise. Garbage and recycle pick up will sometimes, not sometimes, but often wake me up late at night when they come through, and I cannot be the only one. Living on the first floor, I hear bowling balls rolling around above me and dogs barking next to me. Otherwise, the place has outlets in all the right areas, lights and fans in all of the rooms, closet and shelving space aplenty, free wifi, access to a house cleaning service that's affordable and convenient. Feels safe, open, friendly, and clean.

|Recommended: YesI Enjoy Living Here — Acero aesthetically is pleasing inside and out. The apartment is spacious and has good storage. I love the complex amenities and their increased precautions during COVID-19. I enjoy the newsletters and complex activities offered. The maintenance staff keeps the grounds looking nice. I wouldn't mind more pressure washing in the staircases of buildings more regularly considering trash valet. The only noise I hear is children and that is not every day or something I can't tune out. Overall, it's been a pleasure living here.

|Recommended: YesOnly a few complaints — Acero is overall a fairly well kept complex and it’s in an awesome location. My unit itself is beautiful and the kitchen is to die for. I love the hardwood floors and the little details throughout. I will have to say though that the noise is A LOT at times. Every sound creeps through these walls making it impossible to work during the day or sleep at night sometimes. During the day there’s dogs barking, children running around up and down the stairs unattended, and maintenance staff cleaning. At night there are many younger residents that have guests coming and going at all hours, blasting music in idling cars, yelling, hanging out in the parking lot it’s crazy. I have seen guests smoking out front of my building as well which is prohibited , and when I called to let management know they didn’t come address it. As far as upkeep, there’s a large patch of unfinished paint on the front of building that’s a bit of an eye sore. I alerted management but it still hasn’t been fixed. I’ve lived here for 5 months. And finally, the front gate appears to be broken because it’s open 24 7 when it’s supposed to be closed 24 7. Very strange. I’ve enjoyed my stay so far, just a lot that I wish was different.

|Recommended: NoGreat place to live — Overall a great apartment community. Staff are awesome-attentive and friendly, maintenance crew is professional, non-creepy, and on top of any issues that arise, and the property is kept very clean.
Things to know
I hear nothing wall to wall on interior walls nothing from adjacent apartments , but you can hear absolutely everything happening outside, so the exterior walls must not be insulated. Even slightly enthusiastic voices or barking dogs can be heard clear as day. Also, floor to ceiling noise is significant. Whoever is above me, I hear every time they move a chair, walk, or their kids ride scooters in the apartment.
The community here is awesome- very friendly and trustworthy neighbors who will pull your door shut if they see it cracked, or just look out for you in general. Only con is almost everyone here has a dog, and while most owners are very considerate, there has clearly been a problem with a few as far as cleaning up after their pet and noise discipline. Maintenance does a great job of walking the grounds every morning to clean up messes left by the inconsiderate owners, but... yikes. They shouldn't have to do that.

|Recommended: YesWell run and cared for, great office staff. — Comfortable apartments, helpful staff. Appliances, refrigerator , noisy and heating system slow and inefficient. If you are seeking somewhere quiet, look elsewhere. The traffic noise from I17, Carefree Highway and North Valley Parkway is loud, especially during morning and evening rush hours. Often vehicles in the community are started up, revved and driven around during the night.

|Recommended: YesI love the community from the views, easy access to shopping plaza’s, to the events that are hosted at Acero. The only thing that has been an issue now, is a neighbor above with consistent noise, which has been deemed as not excessive.
