You hit the nail on the head right there - our team - which are the heart and soul of our community and are truly amazing! For the most part, apartment complexes typically offer the same "things", but one thing that we can hardly be outdone on is our amazing staff members!

|Recommended: YesQuiet, new, clean, and community-oriented — Acero West Salem is lovely I moved here sight unseen, so I took a chance renting here. I was more than impressed with the community There are many perks included here, such as the trash recycling concierge picked up right outside your door 5 nights a week. A covered parking space comes with every apartment, pool and fitness center, a package concierge for deliveries, and helpful maintenance crew that will help with ordinary resident tasks such as bringing in a large item when moving. There are frequent community activities socially distanced that are arranged and advertised to residents. The only stars I took off were for noise, occasionally the closing front doors from neighboring apartments can be felt heard and it's sort of jarring sometimes. There is some neighbor noise, but really none that has bothered everyday life. The other star I took off was for AC. The only AC unit is located in the living room, so it does not really reach the bedrooms. A fan helps immensely with this, and there haven't been many days when I need the AC anyways. Overall, this property has been such a great find after a cross country move, I highly recommend Acero

We wanted to challenge the Salem housing market to "step it up a little"! Glad you're loving it here with us!
|Recommended: YesI love this place-we got so lucky — There is a 2 year old living above us.. we hear him from sun up to sun down-but that is the ONLY thing we hear here. The staff is great, the grounds are spotless and maintenance is on it all the time no matter what you need. Honestly I couldn't have asked for a better experience in apartment living compared to other complexes. Acero is doing a GREAT job at servicing the community here.
