|Recommended: YesThe property is new. fells good to live — its amazing. but parking is unavailable really anywhere for owning a second car. cheap tooo cheap appliances they work extremely poor. huge dips in the floor system, poor i mean very poor construction job. oh well, as long as i don't own it.

There are quite a few loud, late night walking around the grounds type of individual. This probably says more about Arizona than anything else. Once they are able to weed out the trash, it will be a great community.

|Recommended: YesNice Community — This is a very nice community. It is super annoying that our parking towing isn't set up yet for building M. I get off work late and most nights when I get home other cars are parked in my spot and I am stuck walking through half the community in the dark to find an open spot. There is nothing I can do about it bc they have yet to set that up. That needs to be a priority.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful and luxurious with it's nuances. — Amazing property and love living in this spacious apartment. I can't believe I found an apartment that is large and just feels like a home. All the fixtures and upgrades are just key to making this feel like an elegant and luxurious home . The amenities are wonderful and so ar the front office staff, especially Alexis and Julia. Both ladies are friendly and always accomodating. My only gripe is the neighbors above, who make living here quite a bit unbearable because they can't seem to fathom that the excessive running, dropping things, and slamming doors and cabinets throughout all hours, which makes it difficult to focus on work, being able to relax, and being able to sleep. I rather be outdoors and in the pool area or for a quick getaway than stay around inside the home and listen to them upstairs. I rejoice and know when they aren't home because that is when it's actually quiet. All other neighbors, next to me are amazing and quiet, and respectful. Aside from the upstairs neighbors, this place is absolutely a dream to live in. I just wish I was in a different part building away from them upstairs. If I wasn't tied to a lease agreement I would have been out of here because of them, hence the 1 star rating. This property could be a 5 star community.

|Recommended: YesA beautiful resort like apartment complex — I absolutely love living here. It is a beautiful complex for an evening stroll and when I have family over they also fall in love. I just don't like that I can hear the people above me too well. It does drive me crazy somedays but other than that I am in love with the way things are ran here and the staff are incredibly helpful and sweet
