Very friendly little community, the office staff and maintenance guys are very friendly and always willing to help however they can. And the playground is am awesome addition my daughters absolutely LOVE

|Recommended: NoBad problems with noise, maintenance, and parking availability. — My wife lived here several years ago and loved it. This time around, not so much...
To start off, we live on the third story by the pool. The pool closes at 10 pm, but we consistently find there to be loud people out there anytime from midnight to until 4 am. And I mean VERY loud people - yelling, screaming, laughing, even bringing speakers to play music which is prohibited . And don't even bother trying to call security to handle it - I've been told many times that the nearest security guard is 30 minutes away and will be there as soon as possible. WHAT In fact, as I'm writing this at 3 am, I just had to call the cops because a fight just broke out by the pool.
Aside from that, we recently had a maintenance issue with our AC it has been making an abnormal hissing sound , so I put in a maintenance request. About two days later, the maintenance guy just shows up no text, no call, no appointment, just knocks on the door . He looks at it and tells us the AC guy has to come out to look at it and that he will be out tomorrow. The next day, the AC guy fixes it and says that it was an easy fix and that the maintenance guy could've fixed it. A week later and it is back to making the same abnormal sounds.
My last complaint revolves around the parking... Because there is none. Good luck finding a spot because they are one in a few. Often times my wife has to park on the other side of the main area, and she's handicapped uses a handicap plaque.
So far, the only thing we love about this apartment complex is the layout of the actual apartment itself. It has a nice kitchen, it's very spacious, and we love that there is an actual laundry room.
Overall, we are hoping that the housing market will get better because we are not sure if we will be signing another lease term.

|Recommended: YesNew Resident Survey — Communication is slow with responding. One gate entrance for residence does not work with the key fob resident has to access the main gate on foot to enter the residential areas. Fees added that were not mentioned in the lease or during a tour to the monthly requirements. Not a big issue but it makes budgeting challenging. Package receive center-there was an issue. The office was closed for a 3 day weekend and was unavailable to assist. However, the package company that manages was able to fix some of the problems, while the others are up to the apartment complex to fix. Still waiting for the errors to be corrected. Still waiting on the water and sewer bill as to budget and fee for package locker. This may all be petty as I'm a new resident and expect some bumps along the way. But other than these comments, I'm satisfied with the apartment complex and the staff is friendly. Parking for guests is limited and parking spaces for residents are small.
