The apartments a very nice but you can tell there is some cheapness in building materials of you really look. Example would be the floors and some of the appliances but that's small things. No complaints living here at all

|Recommended: YesGeneral — Love the place but a good amount of people do not follow the rules and regulations in general. The actual complex is great Needs more grills for cooking instead of just two and same with the hot tub needs one at the other pool. People do bring there babies and kids in the gym and let them run around and get in the way. They should not anyone in the gym under 18 at all. Should have a security group or patrol of some sort go around to tell people to follow rules and regulations. If not do like a 3 strike you are out of the complex depending on the rules and regulations to follow.

|Recommended: YesI lived here for three years. I would say they do have am amazing maintenance team and every work order does get fixed and done almost right away. It is a beautiful and well kept apartment complex. Although there was a bit of miscommunication and a bit of back and forth throughout the move out process, it overall ended in the right note and I appreciate management working with us to assure we leave happy and with all questions answered. I had the best and friendliest neighbors as well

|Recommended: NoThis review probably wont go anywhere because they dont post the bad reviews. But this place is an absolute joke. Dont expect to get any money back when moving out because they have at least 500 in cleaning fees that you cant avoid when moving out. And they charge you for their faulty products, rusty dishwasher racks You have to pay for them. Cleaning the bathtub, you have to pay 500 for that. An absolute joke. Do not rent from these scumbags. They are a very shady company. Would never recommend them to anyone.
