Was done is less than 24 hours. Love the people here, from management to the maintenance staff. They are all very helpful and courteous. submitted by Rafael S. - |Recommended: NoMaintenance Tasks and Office Follow Ups — I have repeatedly requested maintenance for the entrance walls of my apartment unit, the staircases on both sides, and the walkways. However, I have not received a positive response to these requests. The maintenance requests have been neglected, and there appears to be a lack of concern for the cleanliness issues. The accumulated dirt from the construction next door has not been addressed since the commencement of the construction development. The staircases and walkways on my building, 15, are in a state of disrepair and are unsightly. Furthermore, all gates on the south side of the property are malfunctioning. They do not close properly and can be opened without a key remote. The purpose of providing access keys to all tenants seems to be undermined by this issue. In fact, anyone can gain unauthorized access to the property through any gate.

However, after working with Liliana Padilla to resolve an issue with a court summons caused by system errors, I have had a change of heart. Liliana handled the situation with professionalism, ensuring my legal fees were credited back to my account and working with her team to have the erroneous summons corrected. Her dedication was truly appreciated. As a result, I’m giving the staff five stars, thanks to her exceptional service. On a separate note, I live at the front of the complex, where construction for the Vai Resort starts around 5 00a.m.-5 30 a.m. While I wake up earlier, others may find the noise from construction and the gates mailbox room disruptive. submitted by Melissa H. - |Recommended: YesOverall a decent community — Biggest pros - Very quiet neighbors, good insulation between apartments hardly ever hear upstairs or side to side - Gym with squat rack and stair master, and other decent equipment, including outdoor area gym is cleaned every morning at 5am - Pool Hot tub area pretty well maintained and only closed for glass breakage, which has not happened too often - Well-maintained bushes and greenery outside of complex - Nice and welcoming office staff - Package system works 90 of the time annoying if the delivery person has placed a slightly too-large package and jams the door drivers will also deliver to the door sometimes - Like valet trash convenience for the most part - Modern, clean and fresh-feeling apartments maintenance staff is excellent at quick and comprehensive responses Cons - A lot of dog poop around complex areas, I really hoped that the complex would be cleaning and doing DNA testing to identify and fine the correct people, but I don't believe that's happening-- I always have to keep an eye out so I'm not running over dog waste - Pool hot tub area was 24 7, changed to 8am-midnight for noise concerns, which makes sense, but is irritating, as one of my favorite things is late night hot tubbing - Neighborhood across 95th ave often plays a lot of loud music later at night not the fault of the complex, but still annoying truck often parks by my window and the engine noise can be disturbing as well - Not enough parking or convenient parking, assigned parking space is far from apartment, and on game days I suspect a lot of non-residents are parking for the stadium - Valet trash is irritating when I have large items, or have trash on non pick-up days I would pay 20 extra per month for service all 7 days, and I have never successfully been able to coordinate bulk pick-up as the app suggests I should be able to - Pests were very out of hand when I first moved in disturbing amount of ear wigs and some crickets , had to put in repeatedly for weekly spraying to control, still have seen crickets inside the gym areas
