|Recommended: NoInconsiderate neighbors — Constant stomping and slamming doors. Politely asked neighbors above us to consider how much their stomping on our ceiling is affecting us. They ignored our request with do you expect us to tippy toe The construction in the building does not buffer the loud stomping up the stairwell, exterior door slamming, and extremely heavy walking back and forth during all hours of the day. Property manager says I'm sorry to hear you feel that way. We are expected to just get used to the pounding on our ceiling. Pet owners do not pick up after their dogs and the dog park is unsanitary. Living at Acero Haagen Park has become unbearable and the management will not let us break the lease without 2 times the rent penalty. If you choose this complex, make sure you are on the third floor.

While the situation has not resolve as either of us would have liked we have offered the opportunity to transfer to a third floor home as you suggested. We have also reached out and communicated with you after each concern was brought forth and continue to work towards the desired outcome for all involved. Pet waste is an ongoing issue and is something we address frequently and will continue to seek better ways to manage this. We hope you can recognize the genuine efforts made by our team to address your concerns. |Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I have lived here about 3 months now. And this place is incredibly great. I have not had a complaint yet. It's great. They have a little dog park in the back. Garbage service comes Sunday through thursday. And there's a park literally right next to this complex. I love it. And the staff in the office the greatest people you can ever meet. So polite so nice, and really friendly. And if you have a question they're always fast to answer it.
