|Recommended: YesIt's beautiful and very clean — It's great for a small family. It's pet friendly, clean, with wonderful neighbors. The grocery store is very close there are lots of parks and beautiful trails to walk through. It's a gated community which is very nice. It has a pool, a gym, hottub, and they are also working on a play ground and a trail to the grocery store which I am excited for.

This is a great location with incredible views and great floor space.
Unfortunately I feel speed bumps may be needed to help slow down traffic and the sound proofing between floor to ceiling is almost non-existent, I can hear the male above me using the toilet before he flushes and his family with young children running and screaming all day and late into the night.
I know we have had problems with people smoking on patios now I'm afraid they are just smoking in their apartments.
I have high hopes for this property.
I would like to know if we could get access to the compactor or perhaps a trash bin near the compactor for days i might want to throw out trash when the valet collector doesn't come.
I was attempting to access the pool reservation system and it was only showing the fitness center, I do hope this gets updated soon.

|Recommended: YesA fantastic place to stay — A brand new apartment complex just off the main road, a decent sized pool and hot tub with a workout center, a great staff team that always tries their hardest, a gated community, and comfortable apartments for one or two bedrooms at an affordable price After living here for a year this place I love it here, and the next year shows even more promise with community center area next to our apartment complex getting better and better.

The apartment itself is amazing, I have zero complaints.

|Recommended: YesI think this a great place to live — It's clean, it's new the garbage service is fantastic. The internet is amazing and fast, having it pre wired was an awesome thing Acero did. The grounds are kept up and clean. Staff is always friendly and nice.
