|Recommended: YesMuch better than other experiences with apartment living. — Some past reviews have mentioned noise. Either my neighbors are very quiet folks or the apartments at Acero are much better insulated against noise than other places I have lived. I feel safe and have met some very nice neighbors.

|Recommended: YesBest apartment complex I've ever lived in — Acero Ridgefield is a fantastic community. The staff is attentive and professional. The apartments themselves are high-end and have the best floorplans I live in a top floor corner 1 bedroom with vaulted ceilings and a view to the East of the mountains, its lovely I had some not-so-great neighbors living below me for a time and the office staff was very cooperative and understanding in regards to my concerns. The situation was remedied and the tenants moved out. The subsequent tenants have been great. These are apartments so you're going to hear things like slamming doors from time to time, but overall I would say its very quiet and peaceful. If I wasn't moving back to the Seattle area, I would be staying here for much longer. Thank you for making this such a great place to live

|Recommended: YesI don’t think you do enough about parking lot speed — Everything good Except idiots don’t pick up after their dogs and The complex does not enforce the speed limit, people go way too fast in the parking lot and nothing is done about it, it’s ridiculous how fast people go

|Recommended: YesI have lived in a few apartments and Acero Ridgefield is the best yet. Beautiful area, close to shopping. The staff is fabulous which is an added bonus. Being on the bottom floor does have it’s drawbacks, neighbors upstairs are very loud but expected in apartment living . Would definitely recommend

|Recommended: YesModern and Homey — The property is nice and it's gated with a gym and a pool that you can make 1 hour reservations for. The only downside would be the occasional construction noise on the weekends and the cost of rent per month is high, especially if you are renting for a 1 bedroom.
