|Recommended: YesAcero Ridgefield rocks — Living at Acero Ridgefield has been way above average. I think the main reason the complex runs so smoothly is because of Lynn and Bri, the Acero office staff. These two know what they are doing, and they do it with professionalism, friendliness, thoughtfulness, kindness, consideration for others, and humor.
Lynn and Bri always follow up right away on requests and inquiries--not just when we were looking for an apartment, but also for us as residents.
We appreciate that they enforce the rules in a firm, fair, and respectful manner.
My husband, daughter, and I feel safe, comfortable, welcome, and relaxed inside our apartment and all around the complex, including the pool area, clubhouse, office, walking paths, mail area, and parking area.
We enjoy walking our dog in the grassy areas. There are plenty of pet waste bags and receptacles throughout the premises. I rarely see left-behind pet droppings. If you are looking for a dog-friendly and family-friendly environment, Acero Ridgefield is it

|Recommended: YesHigh-End Luxury Living Experience — I've lived here now for 38 months in total, since mid-November 2019 which was a few months after this complex officially opened, and I moved into there one bedroom one bathroom 720 sq ft second floor apartment in J building in the center of the figure 8 of the complex. I think the rent is overall higher than it should be in general, but this place also has a lot to offer to include a lot of amenities. Its pet friendly, overall clean and well maintained, has a newer mini-pet park, pet glove garbage dispensers all around, concierge mail lockup for bigger packages that can't fit into your normal small mailboxes, VIP garbage pickup from your front door with provide bins for garbage recycling, 24 7 gym with 40 -50 flat screen wall-mounted TV's, leasing office access that has its own bathrooms, 70 -80 flat screen TV, and mini-kitchenet with full-appliances, mini-frig with provided bottled water, a free pod coffee dispenser with the little pods for coffee, teas, hot-chocolate, cider, and cups. Outdoor gated SPA area that's has year round 9-9 available hot-tub with jets and outdoor shower. The outdoor pool is open from Spring-Summer once it hits a certain temperature and both the hot-tub and pool have remote-controlled handicap chairs with pulled down armrests and buckle seat belts for those who need extra assistance. There is also a Brand New Stainless Steel Gas Grill Gas Rock Firepit within the pool and hot-tub spa area. The entire complex is a gated community that uses little key-FOB's to gain access and cost 75 to replace if you lose them or need extra's. All the buildings are very well made and very insolated, so noise has never really been a major problem, if you possibly have noisy neighbors with kids pets I would recommend purchasing a Vornado Fan and turn it on high to drain out the noise. Management maintenance are very reasonable, responsible, and pretty timely when it comes to workorder repairs or dealing with complaints. They also do frequent once twice a year inspections of different kinds for fire-alarms, checking appliances, balconies, cleanliness, etc which I find to be very admiral and responsible. We have a newer shopping plaza about 1 3 complete being built right down the hill from our complex with a new mini-Brewery, Bookstore, Drive-thru Starbucks, larger gym, Pet-Salon, Human-Salon, Boutique, Nail-Salon, physicals therapy place. On the opposite side of the plaza is Rosauers Grocery Supermarket Gas Station with other stores within its parking plaza such as MOD's Pizza, Oasis Dental, Ichi Teriyaki, Taco Bell, Taps Brewery, Native American Giftshop, Hair Salon, Nail Salon, etc. Within the next year a full-size YMCA Costco are to be built in between where the Taco Bell and the Chevron Gas Station next to the I-5 exit 14 freeway entrances are located. Surrounding our apartment complex are newly built local house communities with brand new side walks were you can walk to the entire surrounding areas and neighborhoods to include local little playground parks you can take your kids too and even nearby forested wetlands that you can walk jog around on the other side of Pioneer Street. On the East side of the I-5 are more local businesses like Anthony's Pizza, Subway, Teriyaki Thai, 7-11 Gas Station, and a few other businesses. Also down the road from these businesses on the East side of the I-5 are newer housing complexes being built currently and on both sides of the I-5 Freeway are quite a few warehousing jobs and other small local business like a physical therapy place, CPA Accounting place, Chevron Gas Station, a mini-Vancouver Clinic with limited capabilities, etc. There's also old-town Ridgefield with the main Post Office, Library, little main playground, little skate park, Boat Marina that they are planning on expanding in the future, a Elementary Middle School, mini-market, mini-café, mini-hardware store, Barber Shop, Sportsman Bar Grill Saloon with Billiard Pool live music, a Brewery, Mexican Food, old-school diner, BBQ Taco Food Truck outdoor shed-roof covering picnic table area, and the Ridgefield Wildlife Refuge. The only negative comments I have to make is the rent is way to high rising and at times noisy yard work is being done when it really doesn't need to be done probably because of a scheduled contract.

|Recommended: YesFeedback — Would appreciate it if the maintenance staff would wear masks when they come in to do the repairs and stuff. Like this last time with the washers I was in that day, and to my surprise they were maskless and even talked to me face to face while in my own living space without a mask on because I was busy working at home remotely with a patient.

|Recommended: YesThe people above me — The people that live above me have no common sense on what time it is and what they are doing and that people live below them. It’s getting really ridiculous. They are very rude in a sense that it will be after midnight and still stomping and banging things around. I have had pictures fall because they are dropping things on the ground so hard. I just keep hoping they move out soon
