|Recommended: YesAcero 1bedroom Review — Aiden was kind and helpful from the tour all the way to move in day. I do like that he kept me updated with the status of my application through phone calls. I LOVE having valet trash and in-unit laundry. The resident portal is easy to use and keeps you updated with announcements. The balcony is bigger than expected for a one bedroom. A bonus is they gave me a Keurig for my apartment with k-pods.

|Recommended: YesBiggest pro con location — The complex is great and maintenance staff is responsive. Nice to be close to everything. But depending on how fast or heavy it comes through, the train will shake the building for a minute or two. To be fair, trains come throughout the day, only a few are really bad.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Acero is a great place to live My favorite is the balcony with the mountain views. I enjoy sitting on my balcony watching the sunrises and sunsets. My only compliant is the dog poop that around the grounds. I just feel that can be stayed on top of. I know it's not maintenance job to do this however, it should be picked up. I have dogs myself and it's extremely important to pick up after your fur animals. Besides, all of this great place to live, nice cozy apartments.

|Recommended: YesOne of the best decisions I made to move here. — Yes. Rents are high everywhere. However, Acero makes it worth it I moved from Chandler here a couple of months ago from another apartment building that was buit in the 80's. I was paying almost the same rent there as I am paying here, living in the brand new apartment complex, with modern finishes, layout and amenities..... and close to work.

Unleashed dogs everywhere, emails are sent out constantly.
If a dog approaches my dog it will end badly.
Someone's child is going to get bitten any day now.
Dog poop everywhere.
LOUD careless neighbors, screaming at their children at 5 45am from the hall way I'll beat your a
Children running around unsupervised out side and in the hallways and screaming in the stair wells by 6am daily.

|Recommended: YesGrounds upkeep — The area around the building 23 could use some upkeep. The breezeways are dusty and carry over into the apartment with foot traffic. There are numerous late visible cracks in the cement in the breezeway and on the patio. It doesn't look or feel like a luxury complex.
