1 one of the gates has been broken doesn’t lock for the last. 2-3 weeks
Location is the right one by the entrance gate
2. the number 4 in the security box when entering the building gets stuck almost all the time
3. The coffee machine in the lobby is broken
4. The maintenance people are nice but it looks like the management doesn’t give them the appropriate tools or equipment to do their jobs

I was originally set to move into their new sister property Meritum Sonoran Desert due to permitting issues I was unable to move in within the timeline I needed. I think that was a blessing in disguise. Jason and Zach have been AMAZING. I was able to call and tour this property within the hour. The transfer process was seamless. Jason took care of everything on the back end. They are transparent and communicate effortlessly. This experience has been refreshing to say least. Book the tour. Check it out move in, You wont regret it I am happy to call this place my new home and hopefully you can too someday

|Recommended: YesWe lived here for 7 months. Jason and the staff were awesome to deal with. Met many wonderful neighbors and this place really grows on you. Enjoyed the social activities, pool area, and the gym is superb. Has every piece of equipment you can imagine.

The property is stunning, the apartment as well as the amenities his personality Super welcoming kind, gave his own input on the place as well as really sold it to us. Anyone can have a stunning property but the management is what really does it for me. If you want to feel welcomed comfortable this is the place to go. We will be applying tomorrow hopefully moving in June

|Recommended: YesThere is pretty much everything here you could want in an apartment. I just gave this place a tour and it is one of the few places that actually offers legitimate pantries. The kitchen islands are very nice and the people are even nicer. Jason, my tour guide, was so friendly and down to earth, he alone is almost reason enough to get a place here.

Facilities are clean and modern. Apartment has plenty of cabinets and storage space, which I love. Being a newer building, everything's clean and works well.
The amazing staff really makes it. All my maintenance requests have been handled almost the day of request, without any of the usual fuss. The leasing office, managers, and the maintenance teams are all great. Just good people all around.

|Recommended: YesI LOVE ACERO NORTH VALLEY — I have not lived in an apartment since my early 20's - I'm now in my late 40's. I'm in the process of building a new home so I rented this apartment in January when I sold my house site unseen - coming from the East Valley . Kailyn Sam were a tremendous help in securing my unit. They were both SO friendly and attentive AND 5 months later, they still are .
I am in a 1 bedroom but it is very spacious, on the 2nd floor, with a GORGEOUS view I have a view of the pool and there is a gorgeous tree right by my balcony which gives me privacy in the spring summer My balcony is HUGE I have 3 pieces of large patio furniture that I brought from my house that fits great and I still have lots of room. There is plenty of cabinet space in my kitchen and bathroom as well as a good sized storage closet inside my unit. At first I wasn't thrilled that there was not an outside storage closet but now I love that my stuff is inside, especially during the hotter months Also, these units look almost brand new and my unit came with new carpet and it did not smell at all. I've lived in apartments that smell of smoke or pets, etc. I love how well taken care of these units are. I'm a total snob when it comes to where I live so TRUST in this review that you will NOT be disappointed if you rent here
This is a VERY clean and quiet community. The noise level is almost non-existent, except for on Tuesdays mostly when the landscapers come. If I had one complaint it's just because I am not a morning person it's the landscaping noises. HOWEVER, the grounds are so clean and beautiful that it's worth my being woken up
Shea, my maintenance guy is super friendly and knows his stuff I only needed minor things fixed when I first moved in.
Parking seems to be decent, it's a small community, so nothing like having to park on the other end of the complex to get to someone's unit. I have not had complaints from my friends or family on the parking.
One thing I will point out, and this has nothing to do with Acero, more-so on USPS, UPS, or Fed-Ex is that sometimes packages get delivered to the wrong lockers in the mail room. I've had a couple of packages that said they were delivered and they were not or they were but to a different resident . The front office staff is really good about contacting you if they receive a package that another resident got by mistake.
If I wasn't building a house, I would absolutely live in a 2 or 3 bedroom unit here at Acero The rent is high but that seems to be the case anywhere you rent , compared to my mortgage, but I feel super safe here, it's clean, quiet, and in a great location.
I move out in July but overall my experience here has been wonderful and I've told so many people about Acero
