I also work nights and trying to sleep during the day has been difficult some days due to grounds crew of construction. The pool areas becomes very cluttered with garbage on the weekends due to there always being parties. Other than that my apartment is great and I do enjoy staying here.

The maintenance had the quickest turnaround time I have ever seen. My only issues over the years have been with other residents not respecting the property or other residents as much as the staff and maintenance crew work to make the complex so nice.

This property has significant potential, but unfortunately, it is severely lacking in effective management and staffing. I have lived in various apartments across multiple states over the past decade, all while serving in the military, and I've never felt the need to leave a negative review until now. As someone who travels frequently for work, I encountered an incident while I was out of town, and not once did the management team reach out to inform me of what had transpired. Instead, they chose to leave a five-day eviction notice on my door during my absence. Fortunately, I was able to return in time to resolve the issue before the notice deadline. What is particularly frustrating is that communication doesn't seem to be an issue when they want to leave a voicemail about something trivial—like the accessibility of my fire extinguisher for an inspection—yet they completely failed to notify me of an eviction notice or any other serious concerns. It's worth mentioning that I had already informed them months ago that my unit did not have a fire extinguisher during the previous inspection. While the community is beautiful, the tenants are respectful, and the location is excellent, it's incredibly disappointing that the property is managed by a team that clearly lacks the level of care and responsibility necessary to support its residents. I truly hope the management team recognizes the importance of effective communication and tenant relations moving forward.
