|Recommended: YesAcero Eastmark — So far the property is great Maintenance was on top of it and SO FRIENDLY when I needed something The office staff have been super friendly and on top of it. I had one complaint about valet trash staff and the office handled it immediately. I’ve met some amazing tenants that became instant friends. Highly recommend Plus I love the finishes of everything in my apartment

|Recommended: YesNice — We haven’t lived here long however there have been some issues and kinks that I think need to be taken into consideration. When we first moved in our key to the front door wasn’t the correct one, some things inside weren’t finished from construction, hot water didn’t work apparently it was just a switch but we would never have thought to look , parking was a disaster. Parking is a first come first serve basis however people would have their friends or family park in our spots for a length of time rather than the front area. We were never given a mailbox number when we moved in but just was told that the mailboxes were getting rekeyed and we would be notified. Never was notified until I physically went into the office to pick up mail and was then given my number AND the correct key. You can feel a slant in parts of the floor in the apartment so it’s not all quite level. Sometimes garbage isn’t picked up the night it’s supposed to and there is no communication about it. Our WiFi is spotty, we’ve had the provider come out numerous times only to be told it’s the property itself but then get told by the property it’s the provider so it’s a huge runaround. Overall it’s a nice place for our first apartment.

|Recommended: YesGreat — I love living here, I love the area and our views that we get with our apartment. I think the only complaint I have is the parking is usually pretty scarce and it's really hard to find parking the later the day gets.
