I have never been accepted at these apartments. The only reason why I am standing firm and for what’s right today is because Acero Manager Mandi V called the police on a child teenager who has autism and non verbal. He did not hit this lady, touch her in any way. She lied and called the cops on my brother because he simply ran into the leasing office, but failed to tell the police the truth. About 7-15 police officers showed up due to how she lied. My family did not get to finish the 6 year old party. We were so afraid of what the police were going to do shoot and kill us we pretty much ran out of there. Mind you it was only a little after 3. Mandi locked up the entire leasing office didn’t allow us to grab the rest of our belongings. There are shoes missing and baby bottles.

But within a week or two my worries went away with ease as everyone was respectful and courteous. Calling Acero my home is something I’m glad I’m able to do, to be comfortable entirely anywhere within the property is the best thing ever.

I'm now a long term tenant and would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a place to live to make this place your home. The Office staff along with the Maintenance staff are extremely helpful, caring, and genuine. I appreciate all the things they do for the residents here and will be happy to be here for a long time.

|Recommended: NoLuxury Price, Not Luxury Living — Here are a few brief reasons why we would not recommend this apartment to others 1 Our neighbors smoke weed all hours of the day morning, noon, and night and the smell permeates into our apartment. 2 There are numerous pet owners here, with Large dogs, that do not pick up their mess. The lawn is littered with with poop and management seemingly allows it. 3 The front staff was dishonest about rates and availability prior to our move in and inflexible with other important matters.

When our wash machine malfunctioned the maintenance team quickly got us taken care of and installed another wash machine. Great community and highly recommend making a move here.
