However, we can hear our upstair neighbors at all hours of the night and day. They have two large dogs that run around. There needs to be a weight limit or people with dogs should be limited to first floor only.
Parking is limited and it’s probably due to the construction. People park wherever they want and it can be super inconvenient at night. Random cars parked along walls.
The layout of the apartment is great and convenient. I love the wash room. However, the “paint” on the walls is cheap and peels off. There were stains around our apartment both inside and the balcony when we moved in and the bathroom towel rack was bent.
Staff has is mostly helpful with questions and concerns which is nice.

|Recommended: YesWorth It — Acero is a great place to live. You would think living by the stadium and Westgate that it would be loud, but it is quiet and very safe. The staff is friendly and quick to respond. I can’t wait to see the rest of the property when it’s done being built.
