|Recommended: NoApartment review — The dog park is dirty. Some owners of the pet don’t clean up after their pets and leave the area to be smelly. The building seems to be built in a hurry for there are little things such as cabinets being uneven, wood planks on the patio under the building, and the laminated floor keeps lifting. We have called maintenance in regards to the floor and the floor is still lifting.

|Recommended: YesPretty Good Place To Live — Good amenities, build quality has some functionality issues doors opening into other doors etc . Parking is terrible, most units need 2 spots per. Property staff very friendly and helpful. Have yet to need a maintenance request.

|Recommended: YesOverall a Nice Place to Live — The apartment itself is amazing it's everything I was looking for and blew the apartments in the area out of the water. The staff are very nice and helpful, and the parking availability isn't too bad. However, some of the rules they lay out don't get enforced. Our neighbors will leave garbage on their doorstep for days and with the heat it smells terrible. When we first moved in there were a handful of construction issues the AC cover rattled horribly all day, some of our sinks weren't hooked up, and everything is covered in spatter from the walling. As a whole we are happy with our apartment, but there are a few steps they could take to improve the experience as a whole.

I don’t think they’re even on the premise anymore and we’re seeing A TON of people coming out and going in the pool that do not live or belong here. Most notably, thug looking kids parking in handicap spots and going straight to the pool.

|Recommended: YesI genuinely love this complex. The office staff is GREAT and they are committed to helping the residents. I just renewed my lease with ease and still within my budget. Cameron and Anjelica in the front office are great. Any problems or issues that are reported to the office are dealt with very quickly to find resolution to keep the tenants at ease. This is a great place to live.
