|Recommended: YesFirst Month — I love living here and the proxmiety to the freeway and shopping. The maintenance staff has been great and very promp to any of my issues. I had spme major plumbing problems. The parking is not great and I have had to drive around the entire complex looking for a spot some nights. We have two cars and this makes it very difficult. My covered space is not close to my residance at all and this makes unloading and loading cumbersome. I have seen a lot of trash around from the wind it is bothersome. I also would like someone so hose the halls in front of my door as its just dirty in the outside common hall.

Thank you for sharing your experience at Val Vista. Now that construction has recently been completed, you should see less dirt and overall debris. We clean breezeways on a monthly schedule, but have escalated your request for cleaning. What a great experience We are truly spoiled with the great and friendly staff, amenities, and views of this wonderful complex. The community is friendly, respectful and welcoming to all current and new-coming guests alike. If you ever have a chance to take a tour, you will instantly fall in love.

|Recommended: YesPayment gets taken out early — Hello I noticed that your ResidentPortal has been taking money out for rent earlier than the actual date it should. And then telling me I owe money when I’m on track to pay the whole bill before the 1st even comes. This will need to be fixed so my credit gets hurt and so this doesn’t cause any problems.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Appreciate the privacy and amenities in the unit. Would be nice to be able to reserve amenities for privacy and social distancing purposes. Only complaints one month in is the noise from upstairs neighbors, especially in the evenings and difficulty with the trash collection schedule initially. The staff have answered questions quickly. Beautiful overall and great value
