|Recommended: YesFeels like home — I am totally happy living here It is beautiful, safe, and quiet for the most part. My kids love playing outside with their neighbors, the gym is a pretty good size, the clubhouse is stunning, they have lockers for your packages to keep them safe. The maintenance staff are very respondent and stay on task. Also, I love how much extra parking there is in case you have a visitor.

|Recommended: NoNoise Disturbance — I have not been happy with this complex, since I have moved in. There is various noise and loud stomping with the individuals who live above us. I brought it to the office attention and was lied to my face about how the individual who lived here prior to me did not complain about noise. Making me feel as if I was crazy. After speaking with the people upstairs about the noise complaint they admitted to me that the lady who lived prior to me complained all the time. Lastly, when I brought this to the office attention about moving unit there remark was I needed to live in the unit for six months before I can transfer to a different unit. Logically how does that make sense I just moved in and before I settle into this unit they did not allow me to move making it more of a difficult situation when six months are up. I am very disappointed overall.

|Recommended: YesNice Community, But Some Comfort Noise Issues Need Attention — Overall, Acero Val Vista is a well-maintained community with good amenities and a modern aesthetic. However, there are a few areas where the experience could be improved.
First, the landscaping could use more frequent clean-ups. While the grounds are generally pleasant, more regular maintenance would go a long way in keeping the community looking polished.
Second, the insulation and window quality in the apartments leave something to be desired—especially during the hotter months. It can be difficult to keep the units cool, which leads to higher energy bills and less comfort overall.
Lastly, noise from upstairs neighbors has been a persistent issue. Unfortunately, it often sounds like heavy footsteps well into the early morning hours—sometimes as late as 4–5am. It’s been disruptive and frustrating, particularly when trying to get a consistent night’s sleep.
If management could address these issues, the experience at Acero Val Vista would be significantly better.

1.- Hours of operation Limits on the clubhouse usage from 8 30 to 5 00. Could be extended, I understand that there will be no one to supervise mistreatment of the building could happen
Limits on the office for residents
I start my day early, and would be nice to have an early start of the office space for residents 6 00 AM
And this is just a suggestion, there has been no Chai Latte in the coffee machine, take out the choice for it if that is not going to be refilled.
No lights, no sink on Grill area. During summer in Arizona I like to Grill at night, specially on Sunday

|Recommended: YesComplex review — I’ve lived in several different apartments across the state of Arizona and this complex has been by far my favorite place to live. The apartment itself is nice with minimal noise. But the complex staff has been what’s made it feel like home. Darrell is incredibly kind and patient with any questions that I’ve had. He embodies servant leadership in a really awesome way. I did have a few run ins with some very large and in charge bugs and Darrell went the extra mile to talk to pest control and have them do an in-depth spray, which worked. My only feedback is that the outside of the building could use a clean and blowout as there’s dog hair piles and sometimes some crazy looking bushes very Halloweenesque . Otherwise, living here was the best decision. Thank you for making this feel like a home.
